Seal was absolutely wonderful...but first...Des'ree. Who does this woman think she is? I mean she comes on stage, sings a song, and then starts PREACHING???!!!??? What's up with that? I'm sorry, but I was bored to tears mid-way through the set. If she would spend more time on great music instead of mediocre philosphy I might have stayed awake...anyway enough of her.

From opening with yet another version of "Newborn Friend" to the up and dancing "Future Love Paradise" encore I never once stopped singing. It was just so hard not to. It seems that everyone in the place knew every single song...OH MY GOD the sound of THOUSANDS of people singing ALL the songs sent chills through me...it was AWESOME.
Like eveyone else the version of "Killer" did seem oddly out of place to me,but it was still very good...just different, and VERY loud.
I really enjoyed the acoustic version of "Prayer For The Dying"...everyone one was on their feet singing their best(Seal actually asked the crowd to sing along...very cool).

At one point in the show Seal said he heard a young girl say she wanted to dance. His reply was"This isn't a disco...It's a music show". everyone cheered.

All in all this had to be on my top five shows that I have ever seen...if not number one(I've been to hundreds of concerts so it's hard to decide).
Seal is absolutely number one when it comes to what to listen to for me. I listen to his CDs over and over again. He's just so deep...I can't get enough.
Speaking about enough...I gotta go now...I'm on my way to see Brian Setzer and his orchestra at the Del Mar Fair today...but that's another story all together. See Ya! Love You All! and...

                            PEACE

                                Jake...
