He is so well produced that a live performances is never going to sound as good as the album so, with a band of 4 (drums, bass, lead, keyboards) and himself, he delivered 1hr 30 mins of complete enjoyment. All of the arrangements for a small band were great. Kiss From a Rose was given an ethnic, middleeastern feel with a new arrangement.

Backing vocals were a problem as the Keyboard player provided most of these and the shound quality was shit, but it was only the second date on the tour.

The audience wer brilliant - all 5 thousand of them - ages ranging from 5 - 60 and by the end of the set everyone was dancing with each other.

He sand almost the contents of the two albums and was great on stage - most of the women in the front kept shouting "get your kit off", and he responded well and was well aware of the diverse age of the audience.

8/10, only let down by the sound quality.
